Last week, a leak came out of the soon to be launched HTC Endeavor or HTC Edge that was available for download. With it came plenty of surprises and goodies such as the many images of the HTC Sense UI 4.0. However, the most interesting part of the leak was the inclusion of the app called the HTC Speak which hints that the company is coming up with a voice and speaking application to their product that can compete with the Siri feature of Apple.

There is another interesting part of the leak that shows an image appearing to be more like an unknown product of HTC. The device is expected to be another incredible handset which is different from the previously seen HTC Edge. Moreover, it is said that the mobile phone will be called the HTC Endeavor.

The HTC Endeavor is anticipated to be powered by a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor. Moreover, it is anticipated to debut in the Mobile World Congress in the coming weeks.

An HDBlog reports that the new HTC device have traces of a movie editor and the HTC speak app discussed above. However, aside from several names of the apps, there are no other details about the application. It will be interesting if HTC is making an alternative to Siri for an Android device which is different from the Voice and Majel of Google. If this push through, it will surely compete with what Google already has.

Aside from making its own voice activated app, HTC’s move to have its own movie editor apart from what Google has for its Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich device may be the company’s way to uniquely define and stand out from similar products offered by its competitors. Whatever HTC has in store, it will surely be another interesting feature for mobile devices that many will surely look forward to.
